Prism Coaching offers personalized, one-on-one support with experienced coaches who bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to growth and healing. Through a thoughtful matching process, we'll connect you with the coach best suited to support your goals, helping you cultivate greater clarity, resilience, connection, and purpose.
Group Coaching
Healing and transformation happen in community. Prism Academy's group coaching experiences combine expert facilitation, evidence-based education, experiential practices, and meaningful connection to help participants navigate life's challenges and opportunities alongside others on a similar path. Whether you're joining a focused Summer Exploration or our flagship Foundations cohort, you'll gain practical tools, supportive relationships, and a structured space to grow, heal, and thrive.
Summer Explorations offer focused 6β8 week journeys into topics such as joy, relationships, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing. Foundations is our signature 3-month transformational program, blending education, coaching, mentorship, and community support to help participants build lasting resilience, self-awareness, and purpose.
